By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from Shirteen, you agree to the following terms. If you don’t agree—no hard feelings, but please don’t use the site.

Shirteen is a Shopify-powered online store offering custom-designed t-shirts focused on humor, inspiration, and personality. All products are made-to-order and sold through our ecommerce platform hosted by Shopify Inc.
2. Eligibility
By using this site, you represent that you’re at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence—or that you’ve given us permission to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
3. Orders & Payments
- All orders are processed in U.S. dollars.
- Payments are securely handled through Shopify Payments and other supported gateways.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, particularly if we suspect fraud or a violation of these Terms.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- All t-shirts are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping.
- Shipping timeframes and costs vary based on your location and are displayed at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

5. Returns & Exchanges
- Because each product is printed just for you, we only accept returns or exchanges for damaged or defective items.
- If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
- We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, sizing errors, or color preference.

6. Product Information
We do our best to accurately display product images, descriptions, and sizing. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, and sizing may vary between styles. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Shirteen.com—including product designs, images, logos, copy, and branding—is the intellectual property of Shirteen LLC. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any part of this site or its content without our written permission.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the site for:

- Interfering with the site’s security or operations.
