At Shirteen, every shirt is made just for you. We partner with Printful, a trusted print-on-demand company, to ensure each item is produced with care and shipped securely. Here’s everything you need to know about how (and when) your shirts make their way from our design brain to your doorstep.
How It Works
1. You order it.
2. We make it.
3. Printful prints and ships it.
4. You rock it.
Every product at Shirteen is made-to-order. That means we don’t have a warehouse full of shirts—we create each one fresh when you click "buy."
Fulfillment Time
Production Time:
Printful typically takes 2–5 business days to print and prepare your shirt.
Production may take slightly longer during busy seasons (holidays, sales, etc.).
Shipping Time
Once your order is fulfilled, it ships via the method you selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times:
- USA: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, item weight, and carrier options. We always aim to keep shipping costs reasonable.
Tracking Info
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package from the printer to your front door.
Multiple Shipments
Ordering more than one item? Don’t be surprised if they arrive separately. Depending on the items and where they’re fulfilled, Printful may ship from different locations to get your order to you faster.
Delays & Issues
We get it—waiting sucks. But sometimes things happen (like global supply chain disruptions, weather delays, or unexpected carrier hiccups). If it’s been longer than 10 business days in the U.S. or 21 days internationally and your package still hasn’t arrived, shoot us a message at shirteenshirts@gmail.com and we’ll help you out.
Wrong Address?
Please double-check your shipping info before submitting your order. If you enter an incorrect address and the package gets returned to Printful, you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping it to the correct one. In the event you enter the wrong shipping address and its delivered to an incorrect address You will need to place a new order as there is nothing we are able to do to correct it. Please ALWAYS double check your delivery address
Customs & Import Fees
If you’re ordering internationally, your country might charge customs or import taxes. These fees are not included in your purchase price and are the buyer’s responsibility.
