Returns & Refund Policy

At Shirteen, we don’t stock shelves—we print every shirt just for you the moment you order it. Because each item is custom-made through our fulfillment partner Printful, we’re not able to offer traditional returns or exchanges for things like size changes or buyer’s remorse.
But don’t worry—we’re not monsters. If something shows up damaged, defective, or wildly different from what you ordered, we’ll absolutely make it right.
What We Do Accept Returns/Refunds For:
We’ll replace or refund an item if:
- It arrives damaged or misprinted
- There’s a clear production error (wrong design, wrong item)
- It was lost in transit (and the tracking confirms that)
To be eligible, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem

What We Can’t Accept Returns For:
Because everything is made-to-order, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind
- Minor color variations due to screen/display differences
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- You providing the wrong delivery address.
Tip: Be sure to double-check our size guide before placing your order. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. Double-check your delivery address before ordering
Exchanges
Since we don’t keep an inventory, we can’t offer direct exchanges. If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, you’ll need to place a new order once you’ve double-checked your sizing. We recommend using the sizing guide provided with every listing before ordering.
Refunds (If Approved)
Once your issue is reviewed and approved, we’ll issue:
- A full refund to your original payment method,
OR - A replacement item shipped at no extra cost to you
We’ll let you know via email when your replacement or refund has been processed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you’ve been approved for a refund but haven’t received it:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take a few business days to show)
- If you still haven’t received it after 10 business days, email us: shirteenshirts@gmail.com
Returns Shipping
We don’t require you to return damaged items—just send us clear photos so we can file a claim and get you taken care of.
